How a rug is brought back to life.

No shortcuts, no truck-mounted machines, no subcontractors. Every rug is evaluated, cleaned, and finished in our own plant.

We identify fiber, construction, and dye stability, and outline the expected result before we begin.

📷 Step 2: Dust (shot list IMG-13)

Front and back — a 9×12 can hide dozens of pounds of dry soil. The most important step in cleaning any textile, and one an in-home service can’t do.

Washed by hand with the right solution for the fiber. No hot water, no steam.

Controlled, climate-managed drying — laid flat, never hung wet — so the foundation stays true and mildew never sets in.

Pile groomed, edges detailed, a final inspection, wrapped for protection, and returned to you.
