A custom-cut rug pad is $2.25/sq ft, and pickup & delivery is a flat $99 both ways. Most rugs are ready in 2–5 business days. Heavily soiled rugs, repairs, and restoration can take longer — we'll give you an expected timeline at drop-off. Need it sooner? Tell us your date and we'll work to fit it; in some cases we can turn a rug around in 48 hours.

In most cases, yes. We identify the odor source and apply an enzyme treatment that breaks down urine and contaminants so they can be fully washed away, rather than masked. Severity is assessed at intake and priced accordingly.

Tell us — we'll re-clean your rug at no charge. To be straight with you about what cleaning can do: no process removes every stain or returns a rug to brand-new condition. Set stains, sun fading, wear, and old dye damage can be permanent, and we'll tell you honestly at intake what to expect before any work begins.
