Pet urine leaves salts deep in a rug’s foundation, which is why surface sprays only mask the smell for a few weeks. We identify the source, apply an enzyme treatment that breaks the contamination down, and then wash the rug through so it flushes out rather than lingering.
Severity varies a lot from rug to rug, so pet cases are assessed at intake and priced accordingly — we’ll tell you what we find before we start.
