Built for rugs, not carpet.
Wall-to-wall carpet is cleaned in place, with truck-mounted equipment and chemistry made for synthetic fiber. A hand-knotted wool or silk rug is a different object entirely: natural fibers, natural dyes, a woven foundation, and often decades of value and meaning. Running carpet equipment across it risks dye bleed, shrinkage, and a foundation that never fully dries.
Master Rug Cleaner™ certification means the opposite approach — trained textile specialists, a facility built specifically for rugs, and a method matched to each rug's fiber and construction.

Wool, silk, cotton, and synthetics each get the wash and chemistry they need — not a one-size wand.
Dye-stability testing
We test before we wash, so borders don't bleed into the field. There is no undo on a bled dye.
Controlled drying
Rugs are dried flat under control, so the foundation stays true and mildew never sets in.

1. Where is my rug actually cleaned?
In your home means carpet equipment on a rug. Ours are cleaned at our own plant on N Lime Ave — the same building since 1950.
2. Do you test my dyes before washing?
Natural dyes can bleed, and there is no undo. We test dye stability at intake, before anything touches water.
3. Hand wash, or hot water and steam?
Heat and steam can shrink wool and bleed dyes. We wash by hand — no hot water, no steam, no shortcuts.
4. How is it dried?
A rug that dries slowly in a truck or garage mildews from the foundation out. Ours dry under control in our dry room.
5. Who is accountable for it?
Every rug here is tagged, photographed, and tracked from intake to return — and if a cleaning is ever not right, we re-clean it at no charge.
